We’re on a mission to inspire individuals to exercise and live a healthier, happier life with inclusive video game exercise experiences designed for any fitness level.
2012

Founded

Ludica Health was founded as Jintronix Inc. by several co-founders including Mark Evin, CEO and Sonny Bae, VP of Engineering.
2012

Seed round

The company wins first prize at the International Montreal Startup Festival and secures $1M in funding from Madrona Venture Group and angel investment.
2014

FDA clearance

Jintronix, a motion-sensing virtual rehabilitation system, is cleared by the FDA, leading the comany to acquire its first customers.
2015

Jintronix product launch

The company enters the Skilled Nursing Facilities market and expands to hundreds of facilities across the US.
2020

Response to the Covid pandemic

The company responded to the needs of nursing home residents and launched a new app within 8 weeks enabling interactive therapy in rooms where residents were isolated.
2021

LudoFit's beta testing journey begins

In partnership with several senior living organizations, we pilot a new exercise app with older adults living at home.
2023

Jintronix Inc. rebrands as Ludica Health

The new name reflects a broader vision and new product offerings. It derives from Latin word ludus, meaning game or play.
2023

LudoFit launches

After a two-year long beta testing journey with over 300 older adults, the LudoFit exercise app is now available to individuals and healthcare organizations.
